CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Turkeys for Troops charity event, which started with 1,000 turkeys then grew to 1,500, this year will bring 2,000 turkeys for Fort Campbell soldiers and their families.
This week, Pastor Mike Burnette of LifePoint Church and Sammy Stuard, president and CEO of F&M Bank, sat down with Katie Gambill and Charlie Koon for a Clarksville’s Conversation discussion about the event and what it does for our military families.
The event will be Saturday, Nov. 21, from 8 a.m. until the turkeys are gone, at James Corlew parking lot, 722 College St., in downtown Clarksville.
