CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville Fire Rescue responded to a house fire Friday night on Central Ave. Firefighters rescued one person from the home who was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center with smoke inhalation and burns to 18 percent of his body. The victim’s condition is not known.
A dog and another pet were pulled from the home. Montgomery County EMS administered oxygen and the dog was saved. No other injuries were reported and the fire is under investigation.
