CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department has opened a homicide investigation after Sunday’s shooting near Peachers Mill Road and Henry Place Boulevard left one dead.
The shooting victim has been identified as 20-year-old Khalil Robinson and next of kin has been notified, according to Detective Michael Patterson.
CPD is asking for assistance from anyone that may have witnessed the incident or saw a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed or recklessly during the time frame of 5:38 p.m. and 5:42 p.m. on Sunday.
The incident was the one of two shootings in Clarksville on Sunday, the second occurring several hours later around 9:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Kellogg Street that left three injured.
