CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville Parks & Recreation is seeking vendors to participate in two events, Handmade Holidays and Community Holiday Bazaar.
Handmade Holidays is a two-day, indoor juried craft market featuring more than 60 of the best independent artists, designers, and crafters from the area. This year’s event will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 9 and from noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 10 at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center.
The cost for a vendor is $100 and includes a 10-by-10 foot space, an 8-foot table and two chairs. Vendors interested in participating can apply online at www.ClarksvilleParksRec.com by Monday, Sept. 23. To be eligible, all items must be handmade in the United States by the vendor, or the character of the item must be substantially altered or embellished by the vendor. No resale items.
Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee acceptance or exclusivity. This is a juried craft fair. Vendors will be considered based on the quality of the handmade product and the needs of the event. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by Oct. 5.
Community Holiday Bazaar is an indoor shopping event that provides vendors with the opportunity to sell new or slightly used items. This event will take from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16 at Burt-Cobb Recreation Center. Vendor spaces cost $20 and are limited.
