CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) USO Fort Campbell held their Eagle Toy Run Saturday to benefit their Great Gift Giveaway for military families.
Close to 100 motorcycle riders braved just above freezing temperatures to support the giveaway set for December 12. The bikers rode from Old Glory Distilling Company to Appleton Harley Davidson.
“The toys that come in for it really support the USO’s Great Gift Giveaway which is December 12 this year,” USO Center Director Kari Moore said. “For the community this is their chance to really have an impact with some of the holiday giving for military families.”
Moore said military families that are tracking the event will receive information soon about registration for the Great Gift Giveaway. Each family will receive a board game, a Disney movie, a box of non-perishable food and every child gets a new book and a toy.
