CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A downtown apartment complex has been sold to a real estate investment advisory firm based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
University Landing, 101 University Ave., is just two blocks from Austin Peay State University and was sold on Jan. 3 for about $20.1 million to Campus Realty Advisors, according to an article from the Nashville Business Journal.
According to the company website, Campus Realty Advisors is ranked one of the top developers, investors and managers of student housing in the US.
Michael Putman, principal and founder of Campus Realty Advisors, confirmed to Clarksville Now they purchased the 3.75-acre property from NMS University Landings earlier this month, but he did not provide further details.
The complex features 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, all with private bedrooms and private bathrooms. It is unclear if there will be any changes to the complex or rental prices in the coming months.
