CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The United Way of the Greater Clarksville Region is working to help many people in the community who are struggling to stay warm in the cold weather.
The organization is currently collecting donations of heaters for its annual heater drive which goes throughout the winter months.
Ginna Holleman, Executive Director of the United Way, said there have been a lot of requests for heaters and there is a waiting list of people who need them.
Heaters or monetary donations that will be used to buy heaters can be dropped off at the United Way office at 529 North 2nd. St., Suite 1 in Clarksville or for more information call 931-647-4291.
