CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police are attempting to identify a woman who was caught on surveillance camera cashing stolen checks from a vehicle burglary.
The suspect(s) broke into two vehicles, one on Trough Springs Rd. and the other on Madison St., and stole various items including a purse, wallet, checks, and IDs.
Police said the suspects used the stolen items to obtain more than $12,000 from different banks.
A woman was caught on video surveillance cashing stolen checks at a couple of different places outside of Clarksville, according to police.
