CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Two Rivers Company (TRC) has announced Deanna McLaughlin as its Executive Assistant and Grants Writer effective August 14, 2017.

McLaughlin was raised in Southwest Washington State and came to Clarksville in 1993 due to her husband’s assignment to Ft. Campbell Kentucky. McLaughlin has extensive community relations and administrative experience and comes to the TRC from L3 ForceX where she worked as a technical writer.

“I am very excited to welcome Deanna as the Executive Assistant for the TRC. I view her appointment from the TRC Board as a sign of commitment to enhancing the quality of life within the Clarksville downtown and riverfront areas. Deanna’s dedication and professionalism to her family, work, and community is indeed admirable,” stated Norman Quirion, Executive Director of the Two Rivers Company.

McLaughlin is 2010 graduate of Leadership Clarksville, mentor for Youth Leadership Clarksville, Tennessee Commissioner to the Military Interstate Children’s Compact, and serves on various boards and committees.

“It is an exciting time in downtown Clarksville and I am honored that the TRC board selected me to fill this role. My husband and I have lived in Clarksville longer than we have lived anywhere else. Clarksville is our home and my desire is to do what I can to help enhance downtown, which is the heart of our city,” stated McLaughlin.
