CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Two people have been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery after a drug deal resulted in a stabbing.

According to arrest warrants, the victim said he was contacted by 40-year-old Angela Brown to buy pills from her and was told that she would meet him within a few minutes of the call.

The victim told police that a vehicle belonging to Brown pulled into the Salvation Army parking lot on Kraft Street with an unknown black male driving, an unknown black male in the backseat, and Brown in the passenger seat.

The victim put $210 in his front shirt pocket for the exchange and got in the car. The parties involved then drove to the area of 8th Street and Howard Street.

The victim said the two men in the car started demanding money and going through his pockets, then tried to pull his sweatshirt over his head and he was unable to get out of the vehicle and escape.

He then allegedly pulled out his pocket knife to defend himself but was overpowered by the two men, who took the knife from him.

Before escaping from the car to search for help, the victim said he was cut on his finger and stabbed on the left side of his hip. He also had what appeared to be a red ligature mark around his neck.

The suspects then allegedly fled the scene with $140 of the victim’s money.

The victim received stitches for the stab wound on his hip at Gateway Medical Center.

Police were able to identify Brown and 32-year-old Quentavus Luckett as the suspects. They were both arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.

The arrest warrants did not indicate whether the third suspect had been identified.
