CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Two juveniles were arrested Monday for allegedly robbing a pizza delivery driver at Orchard Park Apartments Sunday.
According to a news release, Officer Todd Bell responded to a call of a suspicious person with a weapon near the intersection of Minglewood Dr. and Cunningham Ln. Officer Bell saw the suspect throw a gun into the woods and detained him. He admitted to stealing the BB gun from Walmart.
After dealing with the shoplifting charge, Officer Bell started asking the suspect if he knew anything about the robbery, which occurred near the area where the suspect was detained. The suspect began giving names and revealed another planned attack on a pizza delivery driver.
Officer Bell and Detective Andy Hurst were able to arrest two juvenile suspects based on this information.
