Robert “Bud” Henry Minor, Jr., age 60, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at the VA Hospital in Biloxi, Miss.
He was born in Clarksville on July 19, 1960 to the late Robert Henry Minor, Sr. and Anna Graves Minor. He was a retiree of the US Air Force and, at the time of his honorable discharge, carried the rank of TSgt. Following his military career, he was an entrepreneur. He was also an avid motorcyclist and a member of the Dragons MC.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Love. Survivors include his loving wife, Jacqueline Lynn Quarles Minor; his son and his wife, Marcus and Susan Minor; grandchildren, Nariah, A’myah and Kalea Minor; siblings, Andrew Moore, Terry Minor, Steven Minor, Michael Minor, Lamia Bailey and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dorrance Powell officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. US Air Force Honors will be rendered.
