CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s plenty of Halloween fun to be had in Clarksville this year, from movies to concerts to trunk-or-treat events.
Note that Fright on Franklin has been canceled this year because of concerns about the spread of COVID-19.
A reminder: Clarksville and Montgomery County do not regulate times or days for trick-or-treating, so if your neighbor’s lights are on Sunday evening, you should be good to go!
