UPDATE: Clarksville police identified driver in fatal crash as Jonathan “Troy” Hargadine, 52, of Clarksville.
CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A man was killed after striking concrete portion of the overpass on Interstate 24 early Sunday.
According to a report by Clarksville Police, the vehicle was traveling westbound at 3:26 a.m., near mile marker 6.
“The driver died from the injuries he sustained soon after being transported to medical facilities,” said CPD officer Natalie Hall.
Traffic is moving through the area, but delays are possible.
The name of the victim has not been released.
