Trailer came loose from truck hauling sulfuric acid

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Emergency crews worked to clear the scene of a tractor trailer accident on Needmore Rd. between Hobby Lobby and Union Hall Rd. Friday.

According to Officer Natalie Hall with the Clarksville Police Department (CPD), the truck’s trailer, containing sulfuric acid, came loose. Police have confirmed that there was no chemical leak or spill.

The roadway is now clear.
