Traffic light falls down at Needmore and Trenton intersection in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Clarksville police want the public to be aware of a traffic light that is out in Clarksville.

Police said the light at the intersection of Needmore and Trenton roads fell down Thursday afternoon. The northbound portion of Trenton Rd. heading toward the 101st is shut down as of 2 p.m.

There will be additional lane and road closures while the new traffic light is installed.

Police said the repair was expected to be complete by 3:30 p.m.
