Update, 10:15 a.m.: The roadway is back open and traffic has returned to normal.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – An injury wreck has the US 41A Bypass westbound shut down.
At about 8:53 a.m., the crash happened at Highway 12, according to a Clarksville Police news release. The injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. CPD and EMS are at the scene.
The public is asked to avoid the area and find an alternate route until the roadway can be opened back up.
At 9:20 a.m., westbound traffic was backed up almost to Appleton Harley-Davidson. Eastbound traffic was backed up past Beacon Drive.
