CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck near Exit 1 on Interstate 24 has traffic tied up in Clarksville.
At about 11:30 a.m., the wreck in the westbound lanes had traffic backed up from just before Exit 1 to about mile marker 3.
