UPDATE: Trenton Road back open after rollover wreck near Interstate 24

Update, 6:45 p.m.: Trenton Road is back open.

The wreck remains under investigation.

Previously:

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck on Trenton Road near Exit 1 had traffic backed up onto Interstate 24 Friday evening.

At about 5:20 p.m., Clarksville Police were working a wreck with injuries on Trenton Road southbound in front of the Arby’s near Exit 1, according to police Lt. Charles Gill.

The condition of those injured has not been released.

CPD is asking the public to find an alternate route until the roadway can be fully open, and if there is no alternate route expect long delays.
