UPDATE: Highway 41A back open after wreck in Oak Grove

Update, 10 p.m.: The highway is back open, according to CPD.

Previously:

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck had all lanes of U.S. Highway 41A shut down in Oak Grove, just past the state line, Friday evening.

At 6:20 p.m., northbound traffic was backed up almost to Tiny Town Road. Southbound traffic was backed up well past Gate 4.

Clarksville Police are asking the public to find alternate routes until the roadway can be completely cleared.
