Northbound traffic can use the continuous left turn lane, but traffic is backed up and moving slowly. Southbound lanes are open, but traffic is moving slowly. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route until the pole can be replaced and the lines moved out of the roadway, Beaubien said.

At 3 p.m., southbound traffic was backed up to Dover Crossing. Northbound traffic was backed up onto Kraft Street, Second Street and Riverside Drive.
