Update, 4:25 p.m.: Traffic through the area is clearing, with some lingering slowness in the eastbound lanes.

Previously: 

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck has tied up traffic in both directions on the U.S. 41A Bypass.

At about 3:30 p.m., a semi truck dropped logs onto the Bypass at the intersection with Ashland City Road, according to members of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Crimewatch Facebook group.

At 3:50 p.m., traffic was backed up in both directions from the wreck.
