Update, 10:20 p.m.: The motorcycle and SUV crashed head-on at approximately 6:35 p.m. on Peachers Mill at Allen Griffey Road. The motorcyclist has been flown to Nashville by LifeFlight helicopter and is listed in critical condition, according to CPD.

The roadway is back open.
Update, 9:20 p.m.: The vehicles involved were an SUV and a motorcycle. The man riding the motorcycle was taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville.
Peachers Mill Road remains closed between Abraham Drive and Allen Griffey Road.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There was an injury crash Thursday evening on Peachers Mill Road at Allen Griffey Road.
The road is shut down in both directions, and CPD is asking the public to find alternate routes until further notice or be prepared for long delays. At 6:55 p.m., the road was backed up in both directions.
