TRAFFIC ALERT: Interstate 24 westbound backed up following three wrecks in six-mile stretch near Exit 11

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Traffic is currently backed up on Interstate 24 westbound after the result of numerous wrecks near Exit 8 and 11 on Thursday afternoon.

In a six-mile stretch, three wrecks have been reported by the Clarksville Dispatch Center at mile markers 5, 8 and 11 westbound. Traffic is currently at standstill three miles from Exit 11.
