CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Interstate 24 westbound was shut down by a two-vehicle crash near mile marker 2 Sunday night.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:18 p.m. and involved a passenger vehicle and a semi-tractor trailer, according to a news release from Clarksville Police spokesman Scott Beaubien.
All westbound lanes were shut down, and traffic was being diverted off the interstate at Exit 4 until the roadway can be cleared. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes and expect significant delays.
