Update, 7:20 p.m.: 101st Airborne Division Parkway is back open and traffic is back to normal.
Update, 6:30 p.m.: Traffic is backed up on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard southbound past Lowes to Union Hall Road.
Alternate routes are backed up as well. Needmore Road is at a standstill from Thrush Drive to Whitfield Road.
Update, 6:15 p.m.: Traffic is now backed up onto Wilma Rudolph Boulevard southbound.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck with injuries has lanes of traffic shut down on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
At about 5:30 p.m., vehicles crashed on the 101st westbound near Pea Ridge Road, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Scott Beaubien.
The wreck had only minor injuries.
The westbound lanes are closed, causing major traffic issues, Beaubien said. Drivers are asked to avoid the area until the roadway is cleared.
At 6:05 p.m., traffic was backed up to Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
