Update, 4:25 p.m.: The woman killed in the wreck has been identified as Kaitlyn Harris, 21, according to Clarksville Police. Next-of-kin have been notified.
Two others had injuries that don’t appear life-threatening. Their conditions were not available.
Criminal charges are expected. Fatal Crash Team Investigator Tess Young is investigating the case.

Update, 4 p.m.: All lanes of Tiny Town Road are back open, according to emergency officials.
Update, 2:50 p.m.: One lane in each direction is now open on Tiny Town Road. Traffic is backed up and drivers are urged to avoid the area.
Update, 12 p.m.: Tiny Town Road remains closed.
Update, 10:35 a.m.: One person had died in the wreck, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Detective Michael Patterson.
There is no estimate on when Tiny Town Road will reopen.
Update, 10 a.m.: Tiny Town remains closed in both directions from Peachers Mill Road to Needmore Road.
Update, 9:15 a.m.: The wreck appears to be a head-on collision involving two SUVs.
Tiny Town Road is closed in both directions.
Update, 8:50 a.m.: Westbound traffic on Tiny Town is backed up past Needmore Road.
Eastbound traffic has several backups, starting around Publix.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck is causing major delays at Peachers Mill Road and Tiny Town Road, according Clarksville Police.
Officers were responding to a major crash at about 8:30 a.m., according CPD spokesman Charles Gill.
Drivers are asked to seek an alternate route until further notice.
