CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police were responding to a road rage incident Monday afternoon where one tractor trailer side-swiped another, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway, cross the westbound on-ramp of Exit 8 and enter the tree line.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:48 p.m., and officers were looking for the second semi that was involved and left the scene. The semi should have some damage on the right side of the trailer, so anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.

Once wrecker crews arrive at the crash site, they will determine if the on-ramp will have to be closed to remove the victim’s semi from the field.
