CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – A tractor trailer jack-knifed while making a wrong maneuver, causing traffic to be blocked Tuesday afternoon on Warfield Blvd. near Rossview Rd., according to Officer Natalie Hall with the Clarksville Police Department.
All lanes of traffic were reopened by 2:20 p.m.
Crews are working to clear the scene and no injuries have been reported.
