FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Commander of Joint Forces Command – United Assistance Maj. Gen. Gary J. Volesky, who is also the Commander, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), along with U.S. Army Garrison Fort Campbell invite military families to join them on Jan. 15 at 4:30 p.m. (CST) for a Town Hall to address concerns related to the deployment of those Fort Campbell service members currently deployed to Monrovia, Liberia, Operation United Assistance.
The Town Hall will take place in the McAuliffe Conference Room, on the first floor of the 101st Airborne Division Headquarters, 2700 Indiana Ave. Seating is limited and will be first come, first seated.
For those unable to attend, the Town Hall will also take place on the event page and participants will be able to view the Town Hall at www.dvidshub.net/webcast/5709; there will be about a 10-12 second delay.
If you are not in the conference room, ask your questions on the event page and they will be relayed to Maj. Gen. Volesky. A post will be made to the event page when the Town Hall goes live and that will be where anyone who is unable to attend will be able to post any questions or concerns.
Also, leadership encourages other U.S. military and DoD components to join in this information exchange.
If you are unable to take part live in the Town Hall, whether via the conference room or the event page, you can go to the official U.S. Army Fort Campbell page and send a message with your questions, comments, or concerns.
