NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A trooper for the Tennessee Highway Patrol was spotted rescuing an American flag from the side of Interstate 65.
A citizen snapped a picture of the trooper picking up the flag.
THP says the identity of the trooper is unknown.
