NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Titans wide receiver Andre Johnson is retiring Monday, according to News 2 sources.
Johnson joined the team in July and has played eight games for the Titans.
He scored the game-winning touchdown in the team’s 16-15 win over Detroit and had nine catches for 85 yards and two touchdowns in eight games.
The 35-year-old spent his first 12 NFL seasons with the Houston Texans before playing last season with the Indianapolis Colts, where he had 41 catches for 503 yards and four touchdowns.
