Thurley Jean Phipps, age 88, of Clarksville, TN passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare.
Thurley was born January 3, 1935, in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine to the late Malcolm Randall and Wilma Irene Lunt Spaulding.
She worked as a clerical administrator and a US Air Force Veteran. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Phipps-Ramirez. Survivors include one son, Mark Phipps, son-in-law, Joseph Ramirez; two daughters, Pamela Phipps and JoAnn Phipps; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
