CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.  (CLARKSVILLENOW)-  Meteorologist have predicted  a couple of chances of stormy, possible severe weather, in the forecast on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service in Nashville said the first round of thunderstorms will roll through the Clarksville area between 7-a.m. and 10 a.m. with a slight chance of some isolated wind damage and minor flooding.

The greatest threat for severe weather will come later in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. as a cold front passes through.

“In the afternoon hours, we could have hail, straight-line wind damage, localized flooding, and an isolated tornado as well,” said Meteorologist John Cohen.
