CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Thrive Creative Group’s LLC owner & Chief Creative Problem Solver, Lorilee Rager, has been honored with Austin Peay State University’s (APSU) inaugural Mann Distinguished Alumni Award.

In 2017, Clarksville resident Jim Mann funded the “Wall of Legacy” that lives on the second floor in the new Art + Design Building at APSU. As part of that contribution, the department is tasked with awarding a noteworthy alum the distinction of “Annual Distinguished Alumni.”

The APSU Department of Art + Design has selected Lorilee Rager as an alum whose accomplishments in design are outstanding. The award was announced Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the APSU annual awards reception that accompanied the Student Juried Exhibition.

About Lorilee Rager
Lorilee is the owner of Thrive Creative Group, LLC, and she is a 2001 graduate of APSU where she earned a BFA degree in Graphic Design. In addition to her passion for equipping other small businesses to excel, Lorilee has cultivated experience with several community-focused organizations in Clarksville, including the Acuff Center of Excellence. Lorilee is a Leadership Clarksville graduate (Class of 2011) and currently serves on the LC Board of Trustees. She is also proud to be a member of the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce and AIGA. Lorilee continues to support APSU via scholarships, internship offerings and was even honored to act as Adjunct Professor for Graphic Design III in 2016.
