CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Three teenagers have been indicted in the March session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury for their alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Justin Revis.

Revis was shot in the neck in October of 2015 at the BP gas station at the corner of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. and Old Trenton Rd. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second unharmed victim found with Revis at the scene told police three individuals had robbed them and taken a necklace.

After their arrests, a judge determined that the three teens will be tried as adults and each charged with criminal homicide.

16-year-old Dylan Felts, 16-year-old Navoj Dixon, and 16-year-old Jaynarie Jenkins were indicted this month.

According to indictment records, Jenkins is accused of shooting Revis with a handgun and aggravated robbery of the victims.

Felts and Dixon are accused of aiding Jenkins in the perpetration of a felony, “intentionally and violently” taking a gold necklace from the second victim, and causing bodily injury to Revis.

It is unclear when they will next appear in court.
