CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Agents of the Clarksville Police Department’s Special Operations Unit conducted operations targeting the sales of alcohol to underage persons on Dec. 1.
Compliance checks were conducted at 15 businesses ,with 12 businesses being found in compliance.
Three businesses were cited for sales of alcohol to underage persons:
Demos’ Restaurant – 120 S. Hampton Pl 3
The Pea Patch – 535 Franklin St. 2
KC Bar and Grill – 1537 Ft. Campbell Blvd. St B 1
Police say these types of operations are ongoing in an attempt to prevent the sales of alcohol to underage persons. Agent Jason Smock and Agent Vince Duke are the lead investigators.
