CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Three were arrested early Friday morning after leading deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on a vehicle pursuit.
Alex Baker, 23, Jessica Davis, 20 and Jonathan Scroggins, 24 were all arrested on various charges, some stemming from previous warrants.
Deputy Kelly Potter attempted to stop the vehicle near Providence Boulevard and Dover Road when the driver, Scroggins, took off at a high rate of speed and ran through numerous stop signs and stoplights.
At one point, several items were tossed out the window, which Deputy Potter later identified as two cellophane wrappers and a large amount of pseudoephedrine, an ingredient commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
Deputies also found Alprazolam and a drug scale near where Scroggins was sitting.
Baker’s bond was set at $151,000, Davis’ bond was set at $162,500 and Scroggins’ was set at $247,500.
