FORT CAMPBELL, KY (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Fort Campbell hosted the annual Independence Day Celebration with a free concert featuring Lynyrd Skynyrd, Stone Temple Pilots and Cassadee Pope on Tuesday.

The event included a Family Fun Zone, an artillery ceremony and fireworks, all taking place at the Division Parade Field on post. Lynyrd Skynyrd returned this year to entertain the soldiers and their families after the band’s performance was canceled last year because of severe weather.
