Thomas Ward has sadly passed away at the age of 77. Born in Elmira, NY, in 1946, Thomas leaves behind a legacy of hard work and devotion.

Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2024, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bethel Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the hour of the service Friday at the Funeral Home.

In his career in auto parts, Thomas was known for his commitment and expertise. Colleagues and customers alike appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor. With over 36 years with AutoZone, his contributions to the industry will not be forgotten.

Beyond his work, Thomas will be remembered for the love he had for his family. His late wife, Mary Ward, held a special place in his heart, as did his children: William “Billy” Stoddard, Timothy Thomas Ward, William Charles Ward, and Margaret Jane Sullivan. He was a devoted husband and father, always putting his family first.

Thomas also cherished the time spent with his grandchildren: Savannah Burnett, Jacob Keatts, and Thomas Ward; as well as his great-grandchildren: Jaxton, Naomi, and Millie Keatts. He found great joy in watching the younger generations grow and thrive.

In addition to his immediate family, Thomas is survived by his brother Larry Ward. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marie Ward, and his brother Robert Ward.

Pallbearers will be Derek Baggett, Mike Mills, Allen Smith, Chris Nolen, Thomas Ward and Terry Smith.
