‘A Christmas Carol’ at Roxy

  • Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.

  • Details: Follow Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey from miserly greed to joyful generosity as five actors bring to life beloved characters like Tiny Tim, Bob Cratchit, and Mrs. Fezziwig.

Christmas on the Cumberland

  • When: Nightly through Jan. 2, 5-10 p.m. (weather permitting)

Drive-Thru Christmas Light Show

  • Where: Clarksville Speedway and Fairgrounds, 1600 Needmore Road
  • When: Nightly through Jan. 4, 5:30-10 p.m. (closing at 9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday)
  • Cost: $30 per carload (up to 7 people); $50 for vans with more than 8 people; $100 per tour bus
  • Details: Enjoy more than 1 mile of holiday lights – over 3 million total – from the warmth of your vehicle. Special discounts available.

‘The Polar Express’ at Roxy

  • Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
  • When: Sunday, Dec. 21, 6 p.m.
  • Cost: Tickets $5
  • Details: Join a young boy on a magical train ride to the North Pole in this holiday film based on the book by Chris Van Allsburg. Rated G, 100 minutes.

Live Ice Sculpting and Movie Night

  • Where: Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
  • When: Monday, Dec. 22, 6-8 p.m.
  • Cost: Free
  • Details: Enjoy a screening of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation under the stars while watching live ice sculpting by Joshua Perry of Burgasm.
