Teresa Diane Johnson, age 63 of Guthrie, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Skyline TriStar Madison Campus.
She was born in Nashville, TN on April 3, 1955. She is preceded in death by her father Clyde E. Taylor, husband Mike Johnson and sister Barbara Rouse.
Teresa is survived by her mother Altia Mae Taylor, children; Daryl Johnson and Tammy (Thomas Clinard) Johnson, brother Clyde E.Taylor Jr., and 6 grandchildren.
