Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville seeks teen volunteers for summer

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville is seeking Youth Volunteers, known as VolunTeens, for the summer 2019 program.

Young people between the ages of 14 and 18 and currently in high school are encouraged to apply. Thirty-six applicants will be accepted for two 2-week sessions.

Applications are available on March 1 at all area high schools and at Tennova Healthcare – Clarksville located at 651 Dunlop Lane. Students interested must complete and return the application packet by April 4 to Tennova Healthcare -Clarksville to the attention of Volunteer Services.

VolunTeen participants are chosen based on application, letters of recommendation, essay and availability.

VolunTeens selected will attend a mandatory orientation on June 14 and will volunteer twice a week either June 17-28 or July 8-19.
