CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) On Friday, May 17, the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) will join the Kentucky State Police, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, the Clarksville Police Department, and other traffic safety partners to kick off “Hands Across the Border,” a multi-jurisdictional sobriety checkpoint to be held that evening.
The checkpoint will take place from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Fort Campbell Boulevard to crack down on alcohol-impaired driving.
