CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Three juveniles arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on October 20 have been charged as adults.
18-year-old Justin Revis was shot in the neck at the BP gas station on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. and pronounced dead at the scene.
A second unharmed victim found with Revis at the scene told police three individuals had robbed them and taken a necklace, according to charging documents.
During the course of the robbery, one of the three suspects shot Revis.
Police have identified the three suspects as 16-yer-old Dylan Felts, 16-year-old Navoj Dixon, and 16-year-old Jaynarie Jenkins. They were taken into custody Oct. 21.
A judge determined that all three will now be charged with criminal homicide as adults. They were booked into the Montgomery County Jail on Dec. 7 with a bond of $100,000 each.
