Tawnya Dawn Smith, age 31 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, Apri 11, 2016.
She was born on November 20, 1984 in Martinez, CA to Stacey and Tina (Cates) Lee.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Tina Lee.
She is survived by her husband, James Smith, son, Zane, daughter, Kellia, her father, Stacey Lee, brother, Mark Cates (Lynsie), sisters; Crystal Blankenheim (Bobby), and April Lee.
