Takeko Osame Stacy, 87, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015, at Spring Meadows Healthcare.
Takeko was born on June 28, 1928, in Amami, Japan to the late Tsueechi Osame and Yoshi Bin Osame. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stacy.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
