CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW)- The Montgomery-County Library will be ringing in the New Year early Saturday in a family fun kind of way.
On Saturday, Dec. 28th at 11 a.m., the Library will offer snacks, crafts, music, and a balloon drop like no other, at noon for their “Noon Year’s Eve” party.

“We wanted to have a fun place for the whole family to welcome the new year,” says Gracie Armstrong, Youth Services and Outreach Supervisor at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library. “We know the big deal is the mid-night ball drop on New Year’s eve, having this event a few days early, on the 28th, lets everyone still enjoy their favorite New Year celebration traditions and let those who may not get to stay up late to see the ball drop celebrate as well.”
This event is free and open to the public. For more events and information, please visit https://mcgtn.org/library/e-resources or call 931-648-8826. You can also follow us on Facebook.com/CMCPublicLibrary.
