CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Barks & Brews festival was held Saturday with dozens of vendors selling goods ranging from dog treats to decorations. The guests also enjoyed games, giveaways, a live DJ, photo booths, food trucks, and other activities.

The festival generated funds for the Montgomery County Angel Fund and the Caledonia Forest.

“This is our first year at Barks & Brews, and we decided to bring out our pet supplies retail store,” stated Amy Shaver, the executive director of the Clarksville Montgomery County Humane Society.

If you missed the event, the retail store is open Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Humane Society also has a spay-neuter clinic and a pet food bank.
