CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Swiatkowski Welch Properties and SW Community Management hosted a ribbon cutting Monday as a new member of the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Nicholas Swiatkowski is president of Swiatkowski Welch properties and the community manager for SW Community Management. Swiatkowski and Bryan Welch are partners in Swiatowski Welch Properties and are veterans, with Swiatowski having served in the Navy and Welch in the Army.
Swiatkowski Welch Properties was established in 2021 after the pair partnered to create a company that would create the best renting and management experience. They opened their first permanent office in Clarksville early in 2021 and they have luxury rental properties in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Florida.
